Kansas Post Adoption Resource Center’s (K-PARC) Parents Circle is a FREE, relationship and parent education program for parents who have adopted children from Kansas foster care or current foster parents planning to adopt. Participants will learn skills necessary to parent children who have experienced trauma. Program content is heavily influenced by the Trust-Based Relational Intervention model by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross.
