Corey Donnelly, LMSW
Director of Adoption Programs
Corey holds a master’s degree in Social Work and has worked in the child welfare system since 2016, supporting children and families on their journey to adoption. She is passionate about her service to the foster care system, and chose a career path in social work because her personal values align with the social work profession.

Caroline Kohring, LMSW
Adoption Exchange Program Manager
Caroline holds a master’s degree in social work. She feels strongly about the importance of social work as a profession and is proud to call herself a social worker. Caroline has been on the Adopt KS Kids team since 2021 and spent her first three years on this team as a Family Specialist. She loves that this work allows her to connect with adoptive families across Kansas, and finds great fulfillment in supporting them through their journey.

Delaney Duff
Adoption Exchange Family Specialist
Delaney holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has completed the classroom credits for a master’s degree in counseling. She has worked in the child welfare system since 2018. Her passion is working with families and helping children find the stability that they deserve.

Sarah Harrison, LBSW
Adoption Exchange Child Specialist
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has worked in the child welfare system since 2013. She has worked in different positions including reintegration, adoption, protection specialist, and kinship/relative work.

Jordan Johnson, MSW
Adoption Exchange Child Specialist
Jordan holds a masters degree in Social Work. Jordan has experience in child welfare, adoption, and domestic violence crisis intervention. She is passionate about helping others and working with children.

Nicolette Eller
Adoption Exchange Child Specialist
Nicolette holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Nicolette’s experience working in the child welfare system include, adoption, family finding for youth in care and working as a support for kinship caregivers navigating the child welfare system. Nicolette finds true passion in getting to be a part of a child’s journey to adoption.

Donny Cosse
Adoption Exchange Professional Videographer
Donny joined our team in 2021, bringing creativity and technical expertise to his role as Videographer and Photographer. He specializes in producing professional photos and videos that highlight the unique stories and strengths of the youth we serve. Through his youth-centered approach, Donny creates engaging profiles that give young people a platform to share their voices and experiences. His work plays a vital role in helping youth achieve permanency by connecting them with families who see and celebrate their individuality.

Liz Fleming
Adoption Exchange Administrative Assistant
Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has worked in various roles in youth care, child & family research, behavioral intervention, and child welfare. She is committed to advocating for and supporting children and families.

Crystal Fox, LBSW
Manager of Family Support Programs
Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Crystal has worked in the child welfare system since 2008 in various roles including reintegration, kinship, and adoption. Although, Crystal’s heart and passion has always been her adoption work. Crystal saw the need for “no matter what families” for children in foster care, and she and her husband, adopted two brothers from foster care in 2012.

Jenn Meyer
Family Training Specialist
Jenn has a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Neuroscience and Trauma. She has worked in the child welfare system since 2018, both with foster and adoptive parents. She has a passion for sharing information with parents so children can have the best home possible. Jenn and her husband were foster parents and are now adoptive parents.

Alex Hepner
Family Advocate
Alex has worked in child welfare and adoption since 2017, and is an adoptive mom herself. She began her adoption journey after providing kinship care through the state of Kansas. Alex enjoys connecting with and supporting families across the state, using her personal experiences to connect with families.

Rachael O’Brien
Family Advocate
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Education. Rachel utilizes both her personal and professional experience to connect with families adopting from foster care. An adoptive mom herself to three children, she enjoys supporting families across the state no matter where they are at in their adoption journey.
